Hoover-Fisher Florist used to be located in Silver Spring, MD until we moved our location to Kensington in 2020. Our talented design staff is amazing at creating professionally designed floral arrangements. Most would argue that our designs tend to set the bar for floral design in Silver Spring, MD.

I found this florist on Yelp and they sent a beautiful bouquet. The zinnias (I think that was what the were) provided a WOW factor. She was very pleased. This will now be my go-to florist in the area. Prices were reasonable too!“
